From Our Warehouse to Your Doorstep

Nationwide Stereo & Appliance will gladly pay for free Ground shipping for every order valued over via UPS or USPS depending on the order. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by UPS or USPS. Orders outside the 48 continental States require Second Day or Next Day Air service. APO or FPO address requires United States Postal Service Shipment (USPS) Option. Delivery time via Ground can range from 5 to 8 business days.  All items are shipped insured. Note that air and ground shipping times are measured in business days. Next Day Saturday delivery option is available only in the United States for a premium price via UPS.

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Parcel tracking info is available online at UPS. United States Postal Service shipments can be tracked here at USPS.
Free Shipping
Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped at no cost to you via ground delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.

Returns
Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty coverage or otherwise damaged or defective, will be deducted from any refunds given.

Insurance
Nationwide Stereo & Appliance provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. You will be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.
Domestic Shipping Outside the Contiguous
Orders destined for delivery in the United States, however outside of the 48 Contiguous States (eg; Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO addresses) will be shipped via ground delivery. APO or FPO strictly require us to ship via the US Postal Service.

When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is different than what was ordered, please contact our store within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections.  Product discrepancies not notified to Nationwide Stereo & Appliance within 5 days may not be honored for replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment if your item is defective. Note: Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction.

Packaging
In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Nationwide Stereo reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Nationwide Stereo cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.

International Shipping

Online Payment

International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. NationwideStereo.com will require an emailed copy of your ID when credit card is used for international transactions.  We will also charge a processing fee for all orders containing an international shipping address. This charge will be assessed and calculated after you checkout and emailed to you.

Wire Transfer Payment

In addition to credit card payments, NationwideStereo.com also accepts international orders via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders must be submitted via the Wire transfer Option at checkout. When sending NationwideStereo.com an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details). Nationwidestereo.com will email you a list of wire transfer instructions after an invoice is generated in our system, and an order total is confirmed.

Duty and Shipping

Most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS. The average International order takes up to 1-3 week for delivery.

Shipping Problems

If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Nationwidestereo.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact Nation Wide Stereo & Appliance within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
